What you'll need

• A copy of the corporate officer's driver license.
• For a new location: proof of the lease or ownership, an insurance certificate, and a bond rider for that location.
• For a name change: the Sunbiz name change documents, a bond rider, and an updated insurance certificate.
• For a change of ownership: the buy/sell and ownership affidavits.
